What to bring
Please bring any relevant information regarding your
condition such as X-Rays, Scans, reports, or referral
if you have one.
If you have downloaded our new patient form and filled
it out, bring it with you, this saves some time on

Payment details
Payment in full is required at the time of consultation.
Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard are accepted
and HICAP facilities are available.
Private Health Insurance
Most Private health Funds cover Myotherapy in their
extras schedule. Contact your health fund to discover
if you are eligible for refunds on Myotherapy treatments.
Note:
A select few health funds will only cover Myotherapy
treatments when classified as remedial massage. As
Myotherapists are qualified in their first year of
study as remedial massage therapists then continue
with another 2 or 3 years of study, rebates for Myotherapy
treatments are possible if we specify remedial massage
on the receipt.
Workcover / Veterans Affairs / TAC
Patients are responsible for upfront payment for workcover
consultations and can then claim a rebate back from
workcover.
Veterans Affairs and TAC patients are required to
pay upfront, unfortunately no rebates are offered
for Myotherapy treatments currently.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment do
not allow us enough time to contact other clients
on our waiting list who would have otherwise taken
the appointment. For this reason a $50 cancellation
fee will be charged for cancellations made on the
day of appointments.
